Have you always wanted to express your creative vision in glorious colors? If you can imagine it in your mind's eye, then you can definitely do it! You will paint this awesome Sea Turtle in Debra Goode's step-by-step class for newcomers to acrylic painting. This painting is created on a 14x18 inch canvas in acrylic paints. This is a basic beginner’s class -- no previous experience is necessary. You will be given step-by-step instructions and all supplies that are needed. This is a drama-free, no-stress, relaxed paced class in which you will learn several painting techniques including using Saran Wrap and even alcohol (not the drinking kind...LOL!) This is a great class for those looking to explore their creative side without having to invest in art supplies. Acrylics are permanent when dry, so please feel free to ‘dress down’ and bring an apron so you won't have to worry if you get paint on your clothing. The Carriage House Studio provides plenty of paper towels for cleaning up. ALL SUPPLIES ARE PROVIDED. Just bring yourself and your enthusiasm for learning a new creative skill and making beautiful art. This is a 5-hour class that runs from 10am to 3pm with a half-hour break for lunch. Bring a sandwich or snack. The Carriage House Studio provides beverages for your enjoyment throughout the class including bottled water, several varieties of coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate.

Cancellation Policy

Class cancellations for a full refund may be requested up to 5 days prior to the scheduled start time of your selected class. You may reschedule to a different class until 24 hours prior to the class you are canceling.
