The Villa Serena Inn is officially listed in the National Register of Historic Places for its outstanding Mediterranean Revival Architecture. It is Sarasota's only remaining Original Inn from the "Roaring Twenties" era. This facility is truly like something out of writer, F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel, "The Great Gatsby!"

Each of our spacious, fully air conditioned, Apartment-Suites is furnished with a refined elegance that is beyond comparison. The European styled interior decor of each suite features an exquisitely appointed private Sitting Room with Oriental Rugs over warm oak floors, a blending of period antiques and fine furniture, full service Galley Kitchen, Cozy Breakfast Nook, and separate Bedroom with enormous Mahogany High Four Post Queen Size Bed and 16" thick "ultra luxury" new mattress foundation rarely offered in other inns. All Apartment-Suites have a full, Private Bathroom with Original Deep Soaking Tub and Shower.
